My New Love

I want one, like a kid wants presents at Christmas. Ok, not the best analogy, but you get the point. We are currently Verizon customers, so unless they reveal the iPhone for our company, I am out of luck. (Currently keeping my fingers crossed that the rumors for this fall come true!)

For the last year+, my husband has been begging to switch to AT&T for the sole reason of getting this phone. I have refused to do this since almost all of my friends are on Verizon and we can talk for FREE. I also had no idea why the iPhone was such a big deal. My husband is a HUGE Apple fan. I was reluctant at first since I had no idea how to use their computers, but after playing with his for awhile, I was hooked. We each have a MacBook, while he has iPods galore (iPod shuffle, Nano, Touch, etc.) He begs for any new product that comes out. We both work out butts off and make money, so who am I to say no? (Never mind the house we are getting ready to build *sigh) Reason #2343 why he is the proud new owner of an iPad.

I have to say I love their products. My computer has yet to have any viruses, and I have become addicted to the Apps. My BB can have Apps, but nowhere near what the iPhone can. Today, we took my MacBook to have some updates run and fix the mouse pad, and while we were waiting I started playing with the iPhone. I have become obsessed....I need it.

So I have come to a dilemma. I am able to get a new phone in May. Do I get the new Blackberry and call it a day, or do I wait for the Fall to see if my new love will switch to the company? Switching from Verizon isn't an option, and while I love my BB I have now, I am torn between getting an upgrade or waiting for something that may or may not happen.

Decisions, decisions!
