I am the Best Wife Ever

I know some of you may disagree (Courtney), but it's true. I have successfully completed our taxes.

YAYYYYYY

You will be happy to know that we are getting over $5000 back. I can thank the interest on my mortgage for that, and our college classes we have taken towards our Master's. Michael kept saying that if we didn't get a good refund he would blame it on me....well now he can't because I am awesome!

I was also able to get a package sent to him in the mail today after he sent me on a run to GNC yesterday. I swear that store can suck the money right out of you. Michael is on a quest to 'lose weight and get ripped' before he comes home in June. Hey, whatever keeps him busy.

We had a great conversation on the phone today. It definitely started my day out on the right foot. I love talking to him and hearing his voice. It just lets me know that he is doing ok. I can tell in his voice when something is wrong, or when he is lying. He swears I can't do this, but he is the worst liar on the face of the Earth - I don't even have to see him to know that he isn't telling me something. We have also decided to get our house appraised. I called the realator today and made an appointment for Friday so we will see how much we can sell our house for. If we have lost too much of the value, then we have decided to stay here for a few more years until we can save up some more money. Perhaps my plan of building before we have kids isn't going to work. I guess we will find out soon enough!
