Sunshine?

I am starting to hate that groundhog that predicted 6 more weeks of winter....boy was he right! After digging out for a second time this week, my back needs a break and some sun! I never thought I would say it, but I am ready to get back to a normal day. We are going stir crazy around here being stuck inside all day!

Luckily, my Dad and his 4 wheel drive came and rescued us today. We got out for a few hours and headed to the beach for lunch and some brief shopping. School is officially out until next Tuesday, so we need to start coming up with some other ways to be entertained!

Of course, this weekend we will be celebrating Valentine's Day! It is the first time in three years we will be together, so that is nice. I am not one that goes crazy over the holiday as I think you should act that way with your loved one everyday, but it is still nice to be able to go out and celebrate a little!
